Weddings are our favourite — it’s where our journey started, and we’re all about being part of other people’s love stories too! Every wedding we cater for is one-of-a-kind, we feel lucky to add a tasty little slice to the celebration. Our pizza truck is here to bring heaps of flavour, fun, and smiles to what’s already going to be an unforgettable day!

Who says corporate events have to be all stiff and serious? At Frenchie’s, we’re all about shaking things up and bringing some real fun (and seriously delicious pizza) to the table. Whether it’s a team building day, a company celebration, or a big conference, our fresh, Neapolitan pizzas keep things casual, tasty, and totally stress-free.
Public pop ups
We love bringing our pizza truck to markets, festivals, fairs, and local street pop-ups, it’s where community and great food come together. We buzz off meeting new people, and absolutely love seeing those same familiar faces making a return to our truck, it’s what it’s all about, and honestly, it’s why we do what we do.

Ryan arrived early and set up his beautiful van outside our house and then preceded to make stunning Pizzas for over 60 people. The pizzas are original Italian style and as good if not better than you would eat in a restaurant. We will definitely be using him again. It’s just a shame he doesn’t do daily home deliveries!”

What kind of pizzas do you serve?
We serve authentic hand-stretched Neapolitan-style pizzas. Every dough ball is slow-proved for 24 hours for maximum flavour and a beautifully light, airy crust. We cook all our pizzas in a high-heat oven inside our pizza truck, giving each one that perfect leopard-spotted char and soft, pillowy centre.
We use only high-quality ingredients, from Italian San Marzano tomatoes and Fior di Latte mozzarella to fresh seasonal toppings sourced from trusted local suppliers.
Where are you based?
We are based in Great Bardfield (Essex), 15 minutes from Great Dunmow, 25 minutes from Bishops Stortford.

Absolutely — we want everyone at your event to enjoy great pizza. We offer a range of vegetarian and vegan options, and we can also provide gluten-free bases on request.
If your guests have specific allergies or dietary needs, just let us know when booking. Our team will make sure their pizzas are prepared safely and separately where needed, and we’ll work with you to create options that suit everyone without compromising on flavour.
Are you insured / do you hold food-safety certificates?
Yes – we hold our 5 star food-hygiene rating, and all members of our team are fully trained in safe food handling.
We also carry all the necessary public liability and employer’s liability insurance required for private events, weddings, and corporate bookings. If your venue needs proof of certification or insurance documents, we’re more than happy to provide them upon request.
